Crafted of durable poplar solids and birch veneers and finished in sun bleached light mahogany, the dresser is accented by decorative woven rattan drawer fronts, carved, palm inspired pilasters and floral carved antique bronze knobs and drawer pulls. SURFACE CLEANING & CARE

  • Dust frequently with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth
  • To remove accumulated dust or old furniture wax build-up, use a soft, lint free cloth which has been dampened in a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Dry thoroughly using a clean, lint-free cloth and then apply furniture polish, wiping it in the direction of the wood grain
  • We recommend that furniture be polished every six months
  • Panama Jack recommends polishes that do NOT contain silicone or wax. Most furniture retailers, home improvement chains, home specialty stores, and some supermarkets offer these products

PRODUCT CARE

  • Do not place your furniture in direct sunlight and/or a damp area
  • Arrange your furniture so it is not placed in front of or over heating or air conditioning vents
  • Avoid placing furniture directly under windows
  • Be careful not to place rubber or plastic materials on your furniture. Certain rubber or plastics have ingredients that may react with and damage the finish
  • Occasionally rotate accessories so they do not remain in the same spot for extended periods
  • Avoid creating marks on your furniture by placing a piece of felt, cloth or leather under accessories
  • Lift objects from the top surface rather than dragging them across the finish when moving them
  • Use a protective pad when using your furniture as a writing surface
  • React to water and other spills immediately
  • Water left over a prolonged period of time will cause white spots in the finish
  • Alcohol, perfume, after-shave and medicines can cause severe damage to the finish

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Some items are not available for return. The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or modified
  • Used sun care products
  • Items purchased on sale
  • Any items not purchased from the Panama Jack website

 

RETURNING PRODUCTS BY MAIL

When returning your purchase by mail, please include a copy of your receipt or order form. Please pack your return securely in the original box or similar shipping container. You are responsible for choosing a shipping carrier and method. We recommend using a method that can be insured and tracked. You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage; we do not offer prepaid return shipping labels. We do not process exchanges. PROCESSING REFUNDS

We will process your credit once the item is received and inspected. Allow two weeks for processing, and one to seven business days to receive your credit. All credits for returns will be applied directly to the original form of payment. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

 

INCORRECT, MISSING, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please notify us via email: info@panamajack.com or 1-800-840-5225 within 14 days of receiving your order to report any issues and to receive instructions.

 

DAMAGED PACKAGES

We carefully package all of our products to arrive on your doorstep safe and secure. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us via email: info@panamajack.com or 1-800-840-5225 immediately, and we will send a replacement (depending on availability). Please include your original web reference number or order number. We may ask for pictures of the damage for quality control purposes.

 

MISSING PACKAGES

Panama Jack is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. You assume all liability for packages verified delivered by the carrier with tracking information.

 

CARRIER RETURNED PACKAGES

Any packages returned to us marked as undeliverable will be processed for a refund, less any shipping charges incurred. We will not reship orders marked as undeliverable. Customers will need to process a new order with a corrected address.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Shopify Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. We do not accept PayPal E-checks, personal checks, cash, or money orders.

Please note that credit cards are pre-authorized during the ordering process and then settled when your order ships. PayPal orders are settled as soon as the order is submitted.

E-mail and tracking notifications will be sent upon receipt of your order, followed by another when your order has shipped. Your shipping receipt will include tracking number(s).

Can I Use More Than One Discount Code?

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied per order.

What Does Final Sale Mean?

When an item is marked final sale, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. The sale price is as marked on the site, and no additional discounts can be applied.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect sales tax for orders shipped within the state of Florida. Sales tax will be calculated during the checkout process.

Split Shipping

We cannot split an order to separate shipping addresses. A separate order is required for each shipping address.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the billing and shipping addresses are entered correctly. For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct, to avoid delays in order processing. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your order may also be delayed if additional verification of billing or shipping information is necessary.

There is a short time frame for us to update the address on your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the update will be made prior to the order shipping. If the package is shipped with the incorrect address, the courier may not be able to deliver the order and the package may be returned to us.

There are times after the order leaves our warehouse when a package is marked as "undeliverable" by the courier. In these situations, the package will be returned back to us. When we receive "Return To Sender" packages, our team will automatically refund your original form of payment. If the order is returned and the customer requests to reship the package, additional shipping fees may be applied.
