The South African coastline is home to some of the world’s most spectacular beaches, but you might never know it if you’re only heading there for a safari. When you’re done checking out all the beautiful beasts roaming the countryside, take some time to relax on these sandy shores.
Jeffreys Bay
Jeffreys Bay is a classic example of the perfect beach. The waves are perfect for surfing, the sands are a brilliant golden hue, dolphins swim just off the shores and the reefs are just begging to be explored. The town of Jeffreys Bay is a wonderful, quaint place with plenty of restuarants and crafts, and beautiful nature preserves surround the village. It’s no surprise it’s one of the country’s top tourist destinations.
