When Will My Order Arrive?

We are committed to do all in our power to ensure our customers' orders are completed fully and without delay. However, please note orders’ arrival dates cannot be guaranteed as the volume of orders, postal mishandling, and technical malfunctions could have an influence.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and select holidays. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always email us at info@panamajack.com or call us at 1-800-840-5225 for help. All orders will ship via: DHL, Fedex, USPS or UPS Ground.

Tracking Information

You should receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped (excluding weekends and holidays). Please be sure to check your spam folder if you did not receive your tracking notification in your email inbox.

Domestic (U.S.) Contiguous States Shipping Prices & Details

*Panama Jack® offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $20.00 or more purchased directly from panamajack.com and shipped within the contiguous United States and Puerto Rico. 

Domestic orders of less than $20.00 will be charged a flat rate of $3.95.

Shipping address must be deliverable by DHL, Fedex, UPS or the USPS. Domestic orders outside of the contiguous United States and Puerto Rico do not qualify for free shipping. 

Please note that transit times are not guaranteed. We apologize, but no local pickups are allowed. Since signatures are not required for delivery, the decision to leave your package at your door will be left up to the delivery carrier. Orders can be shipped any of the following ways, based on our discretion:

DHL: Air or Ground (1-5 Days)

Fedex: Ground (1-5 Days)

USPS: First Class (1-3 Days), Priority (1-3 Days), Parcel Select (2-8 Days)

UPS: Ground (1-5 Days), SurePost (Ground +1 Day)

Please note that any orders containing Panama Jack® Continuous Spray Sun Care products must ship via a ground transit service only.

Domestic Non-Contiguous Locations Shipping Prices & Details (APO/FPO)

Panama Jack® does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Domestic orders outside of the contiguous United States and Puerto Rico do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping address must be deliverable by UPS or the USPS.

APO & FPO Addresses

Having trouble entering an APO or FPO address on our order form? Following these steps should help:

City field: Enter "APO" or "FPO."
State/Province/Region field: Choose "AE" if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East. Choose "AA" if the recipient is stationed in the Americas. Choose "AP" if the recipient is stationed in Asia or the Pacific.
Country field: Always select "United States" from the drop-down menu regardless of where the recipient is stationed.

Following these steps will ensure that you're charged the correct shipping amount and that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion.
