Return shipping labels are issued at a flat rate of $4.95 (**excluding Beach Cruiser bicycles), which will be deducted from your total refund. Please note that we do not process exchanges. Only items purchased from our website will be eligible for a return. Items purchased from a store or online marketplace should be returned to the purchase location.

When Will My Order Arrive?

We are committed to do all in our power to ensure our customers' orders are completed fully and without delay. However, please note orders’ arrival dates cannot be guaranteed as the volume of orders, postal mishandling, and technical malfunctions could have an influence.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and select holidays. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. SUNGLASSES CARE

With a little extra care, it’s easy to keep your glasses in great condition. Here are some useful tips you can follow:

CARING FOR YOUR LENSES:
To remove smudges, particles, and dust from your lenses, use a specialized microfiber optical cloth designed for cleaning glasses. Don’t use tissues and paper towels as the fibers can scratch your lenses.
It’s always safe to clean your lenses by rinsing them with warm, soapy water, or with a commercial lens cleaner.
Stay away from using window detergents and alcohol-based cleaning solutions on your lenses.
To avoid scratches, be sure to lay your glasses with the lenses facing up when you place them on surfaces other than your face.
Avoid leaving your glasses directly in the sun or inside your car on hot days as the heat can be damaging

CLEANING YOUR GLASSES:
Follow these tips to clean your eyeglass lenses and frames without risk of scratching the lenses or causing other damage. These same tips apply for cleaning sunglasses, safety glasses, and sports eyewear too.

1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. Before cleaning your eyeglasses, male sure your hands are free from dirt, grime, lotion and anything else that could be transferred to your lenses. Use lotion-free soap or dishwashing liquid and a clean, lint-free towel to clean your hands.
2. Rinse your glasses under a gentle stream of lukewarm tap water. This will remove dust and other debris, which can help avoid scratching your lenses when you are cleaning them. Avoid hot water, which can damage some eyeglass lens coating.
3. Apply a small drop of lotion-free dishwashing liquid to each lens. Most dishwashing liquids are very concentrated, so use only a tiny amount or apply a drop or two to your fingertip instead. Use only brands that do not include lotions or hand moisturizers (Dawn original formula, for example).
4. Gently rub both sides of these lenses and all parts of the frame for a few seconds. Make sure you clean every part, including the nose pads and the ends of the temples that rest behind your ears. And be sure to clean the area where the edge of the lenses meets the frame, where dust, debris, and skin oils can accumulate.
5. Rinse both sides of the lenses and the frame thoroughly. Failing to remove all traces of soap will cause the lenses to be smeared when you dry them.

PROTECTING YOUR FRAMES:
When wearing your glasses, don’t push them up and leave them to rest on your head. This will stretch them out, making them too wide for your face.
Always use both hands when removing your glasses from your face to preserve the shape of the frame and
Store your glasses in a high-quality case when you’re not wearing them to keep them from getting bent and scratched.
Check periodically to make sure the screws aren’t loose. If they are, you can easily tighten them with an eyeglasses repair kit.
Keep your glasses attached to a chain or cord around your neck so you don’t accidentally leave them behind.
Avoid leaving your glasses directly in the sun or inside your car on hot days as the heat can be damaging.

HATS CARE

Our hats should be spot cleaned (dab the soiled area) by using a slightly dampened cloth with a solution made from warm water and dish detergent. Once the stains have been treated, immediately use a dry, clean cloth or towel to absorb the excess moisture (dab the wet area). To finish this process, the hat should be left to air dry.
