Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry. Employees of Panama Jack International, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

The 2025 Beach Cruiser Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Panama Jack International, Inc., located at 230 Ernestine Street, Orlando, FL 32801.

How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, entrants must complete all of the following:

1. Follow @theoriginalpanamajack on Instagram.

2. Like the official giveaway post.
   

3. Tag a friend in the comments. Each tag counts as one (1) entry.
   

No limit on entries; each valid tag is considered a separate entry. Any attempt to use multiple accounts or spam tagging may result in disqualification.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins upon the posting of the official giveaway announcement on Instagram and ends Friday, October 26, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced via Panama Jack’s Instagram Stories and contacted by direct message from the official @theoriginalpanamajack account within approximately five (5) business days after the Giveaway ends. If the winner does not respond within three (3) business days or fails to meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize

The winner will receive one (1) Men's 26" Single-Speed Beach Cruiser Bike (Approximate Retail Value: $315). The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner is responsible for all taxes and any expenses not expressly included in the prize description.

Prize Delivery

The prize will be shipped by the Sponsor to the physical address provided by the confirmed winner. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen prizes.

Release of Liability

By participating, entrants release Sponsor and Instagram from any and all liability related to participation in the Giveaway and acceptance or use of the prize.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

General Conditions

All federal, state, and local laws apply. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Rules or that disrupt the integrity of the Giveaway. Any attempt to undermine the Giveaway may result in disqualification and legal action.

Disputes

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By entering, entrants agree that all disputes will be resolved individually in state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, without resort to class action.
