**New Coronavirus (COVID-19) Refund Update**
We encourage you to purchase only what you need - and not to stockpile. At this time, we are suspending refunds on certain products, including Panama Jack Green Ice Aloe Vera Gel and Hand Sanitizer, purchased during this declared emergency. We will of course continue to honor our Panama Jack Guarantee for any products that do not meet our quality standards.
Not happy with your purchase from Panama Jack? No worries, Panama Jack® offers hassle-free returns on *most items within 30 days of delivery. Just head over to our Return Center to start a return and print a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping labels are issued at a flat rate of $4.95 (**excluding Beach Cruiser bicycles), which will be deducted from your total refund. Please note that we do not process exchanges. Only items purchased from our website will be eligible for a return. Items purchased from a store or online marketplace should be returned to the purchase location.
*Items or promotions marked for final sale (i.e. "All Sales Final") cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. The sale price is as marked on the website, and no additional discounts can be applied.

Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Some items are not available for return. The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:

2. Print your pre-paid USPS return label by clicking the "Get return label" button. Flat-rate return postage of $4.95 (*excluding Beach Cruiser Bicycles) will be deducted from the customers refund total. Please note that we do not process exchanges.
3. Pack all of the returned items, along with a print out of your packing slip, and attach the USPS shipping label on top of the box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
4. Take your packaged return to your local USPS post office, or hand it directly to a postal carrier, to confirm shipping.
5. You will receive an email confirmation once we have received your items, and after your refund is issued.
We will process your credit once the item is received and inspected. Allow two weeks for processing, and one to seven business days to receive your credit. All credits for returns will be applied directly to the original form of payment.

We carefully package all of our products to arrive on your doorstep safe and secure. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us via email: info@panamajack.com or 1-800-840-5225 immediately, and we will send a replacement (depending on availability). Please include your original web reference number or order number. We may ask for pictures of the damage for quality control purposes.
Panama Jack® is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. You assume all liability for packages verified delivered by the carrier with tracking information.
Any packages returned to us marked as undeliverable will be processed for a refund, less any shipping charges incurred. We will not reship orders marked as undeliverable. Customers will need to process a new order with a corrected address.
We are committed to do all in our power to ensure our customers' orders are completed fully and without delay. However, please note orders’ arrival dates cannot be guaranteed as the volume of orders, postal mishandling, and technical malfunctions could have an influence.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and select holidays. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always email us at info@panamajack.com or call us at 1-800-840-5225 for help. All orders will ship via: DHL, Fedex, USPS or UPS Ground.
You should receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped (excluding weekends and holidays). Please be sure to check your spam folder if you did not receive your tracking notification in your email inbox.
*Panama Jack® offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $20.00 or more purchased directly from panamajack.com and shipped within the contiguous United States and Puerto Rico.
Domestic orders of less than $20.00 will be charged a flat rate of $3.95.
Shipping address must be deliverable by DHL, Fedex, UPS or the USPS. Domestic orders outside of the contiguous United States and Puerto Rico do not qualify for free shipping.Please note that transit times are not guaranteed. We apologize, but no local pickups are allowed. Since signatures are not required for delivery, the decision to leave your package at your door will be left up to the delivery carrier.
